Position Overview:

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer who will play a key role in shaping the user experience for our cybersecurity solutions. You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and security experts to design interfaces that empower security teams with clear, actionable information and seamless workflows. This role is perfect for a designer who enjoys translating complex technical data into intuitive and user-friendly designs for enterprise users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design and optimize the user interface of Flawatch’s Attack Surface Management platform.

• Create user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes that effectively communicate security data and insights.

• Ensure that the platform provides a clear, cohesive, and efficient experience for cybersecurity professionals, including security analysts, engineers, and decision-makers.

• Conduct user research and gather feedback to iterate on designs, ensuring our platform meets the real-world needs of our users.

• Develop and maintain UI/UX design guidelines and standards, ensuring consistency across all product interfaces.

• Use data analytics and user behavior patterns to drive design decisions.

• Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.

• Balance aesthetics with usability, keeping in mind the technical nature of our product and the needs of enterprise users.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in UI/UX design, preferably for enterprise-level or security-focused platforms.

• Strong portfolio showcasing experience with complex data-driven interfaces and systems.

• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

• Experience working in cross-functional teams involving product managers, engineers, and data specialists.

• Familiarity with user-centered design methodologies and best practices.

• Ability to create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.

• Strong understanding of responsive design and how to build interfaces for various devices.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present designs and the rationale behind them.

• Nice to Have: Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, SaaS platforms, or tools such as SIEM, SOAR, or attack surface management platforms.
