As an Automation Engineer at Flawtrack, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks that drive the efficiency of our platform. You’ll collaborate with DevOps, DevSecOps, and Security teams to build automated systems that ensure seamless integration and delivery of our software. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of scripting languages like Bash and Go, with solid experience in Python.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks to support the development and deployment of Flawatch.

• Automate testing, monitoring, and deployment pipelines to ensure high availability and security of our platform.

• Write scripts and tools using Bash, Go, and Python to automate workflows, integrate with APIs, and streamline DevOps processes.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (DevOps, SecOps, and development) to identify areas for automation and improvement.

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration, testing, and delivery of the Flawatch platform.

• Monitor and optimize system performance and reliability through automation.

• Collaborate on code reviews, system design, and architecture discussions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Automation Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar role.

• Proficiency in Bash and Go for scripting and automation tasks.

• Solid experience working with Python for automation, scripting, and integration.

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Strong understanding of infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).

• Knowledge of security practices and experience working in a cybersecurity or network environment is a plus.

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative, remote-first team.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
